Condea was founded by Lara Minichiello to provide the highest level of bodywork and skin care in a beautiful, inspired environment where every detail is considered.
Lara brings over 24 years of experience to Condea. Her career began in luxury spas and women's wellness centers in Back Bay Boston. Due to high demand she expanded her practice work with select cilentele en-suite.
In 2005 she relocated to Colorado where she worked for many years at Boulder's premiere spa, Essentials. She left the spa to focus on private practice and eventually founded a workplace wellness company, working with thousands of clients along the front range and in Denver. She established wellness programs at NOAA and NIST working on both campuses from 2010-24.
In 2014 she became licensed in Esthetics, focusing on brow and lash work, with additional training in permenant makeup/microblading. She worked as an educator for Sanitas Skin Care developing and implementing curriculum including a popular "Massage for Estheticians" class.
Areas of specilization/Study over the years have included pre/post natal massage, TMJ work, Thai Yoga Massage, Sports Massage, Ayurvedic Marma Massage, Myofasical and Neuromuscular.
Lara has strived to perfect an experience in her bodywork sessions that is both luxuiously relaxing and deeply soothing to the nervous system, while also being incredibly effective in treating tension patterns. He degree in Contemplative Psychology has greatly informed her approach to her work.
Condea is a space that welcomes the weary and the hopeful. The celebratory and the grieving. The battleworn and the inspired. It is a space to reconnect with the self and with each other. A space to heal and soften into a deeper version of your truest self.
